This flat design caught my eye because I haven't seen many of just objects that aren't people or scenes. This piece is just what it is, a donut. Even though the piece is simplistic and flat they still utilize the use of shadows and add more to the overall design. I like the idea of playing with everyday objects and often when I practice my photography, I take pictures of objects I have around the house. I think this piece reminds me of that and also gives me more ideas for design.
